Charlotte eFoil (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect on this website and how we use it. We do not sell your personal information.

Information you give us

When you submit a reservation, quote, or contact request, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, and any notes. We use this solely to respond to you, schedule sessions, and provide the products and services you ask about.

Analytics we collect automatically

To understand how visitors find and use our site, we collect first-party, aggregate usage data: pages viewed, referring website, marketing campaign tags (UTM parameters), approximate location (country/region/city derived from your IP address — we do not store your full IP), and general device and browser type. We store a randomly generated visitor identifier in your browser’s local storage to distinguish repeat visits; it contains no personal information and you can clear it any time by clearing your browser storage. This data lives in our own database and is used only to improve the site and our services.

Third-party services

Our site is hosted on Vercel and our data is stored with Supabase; each processes data on our behalf. We also use Vercel’s privacy-friendly analytics. Product imagery is served from our supplier’s content network. These providers have their own privacy practices.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you’ve submitted by contacting us. To opt out of analytics, use your browser’s Do-Not-Track or tracking-prevention settings, or clear your local storage.
